Lunch in Ordino church square

We took lunch at Casa Leon, in the church square in Ordino, where they have a 'touristique' menu of a four course meal for less than €10, including some of the finest beef I've ever tasted.

Cami de Segudet

Walking up from Ordino we took the path, Cami de Segudet, but after a little while it was clear it was going to turn into a serious mountain walk for which we were not prepared.

The iron road

Between our flat and La Massana is the forge, Farga Rossell, with recently restored water powered machinary and an enthusiastic and helpful chap who showed us around even though he was just locking up when we arrived.

Further up the iron road

We set out to walk up the Iron Road from Ordino but were soon thwarted by the lack of footpath and a fear of Andorran drivers.
